Positive: fast delivery, 4-port, low-priced, but not cheap.
Negatives: Card does not start reliably under my Window 8.1. Time it is (and the connected peripherals 3.0) detected at boot, sometimes not, although the latest USB3.0 driver from Microsoft from 07/10/2014 (Version 6.3.9600.17396) are present. For those who like to play roulette and bet on black or white, the card is an alternative. For me unusable. Go back.

Addendum:
To praise the customer friendliness and the after sales of the supplier CSL. So not only a replacement for the card was offered to me (which I declined), but also a compensation for the day-long debugging. With the now reinstalled previous 2 Port USB 3.0 card from another supplier and as compensation from CSL free delivered 4 Port USB 3.0 Hub (model no. 25077), the USB 3.0 extension works properly. Even a My Book hard drive from WD WD with special drivers (WD Drive Management devices) that has no hardware switch and when connected always starts with the computer is working properly.
It's worth it to me two additional evaluation points.
