IS ON OR ???

I get the package quickly, I open first failure: it lacks the white plug on the RCA-minijack cable.
Being of good will and not liking the service of complications that are poor on the internet, I go buy me one (15th).
I plug everything, I turn: SR taken, SL, and the plant does not work. Only the front walk, and sub (but what luck !!).
Is that the goal is to make fun of my g? Now it is open, I do not even know if I can make it !! Please, help me !!
The bass is good, but the treble and midrange are very ... more than limits.
