Radiator and very well made fan. Solid, quiet and well designed. Be aware that this product should be installed in a large tower because it really takes up space. At first I was puzzled because no instruction in French but going to their website. There are records (very well detailed) and all compliant motherboards. It took me 10 minutes to put it down. Through this heat dissipeur I declined 20% at full load my processor temperature. I recommend this product.
