Software installed on windows but nothing appears on the picture !!
usb dongle lights green, but can not transfer the image or the sound of VHS to my computer.
Tested with 3 windows and 2 different computers mac and still nothing!
I also tried with another VHS VCR but nothing I'm disgusted!

Does that come from the Pertiel cable?
