Previously I had clattered a quality Citizen Titanium (with sapphire crystal, solar & radio), but riding a bicycle and bothered. Another tip to the buttons: One should not only press but hold with another finger on the opposite side of the clock and use the pressing finger. So, for example, press with your thumb and hold with the index finger to the ring. Then it's easy.
The manual / the manual is clear and legible.
