Already 10 years ago I used to have problems with fungus gnats. At that time, the biological control was still new in the private sector and I had the nematodes still refer directly from the manufacturer and was ridiculed by my fellow man as crazy tree-hugger. But after 6 weeks I had no problems with the little black buggers and could also play Schädlingsbekämpfer with friends.

The nematodes multiply by itself as long as there are hosts (fungus gnats) in the affected soil. Only when the fungus gnats are gone, dying the nematodes.
