2. The cleaning, as described on the packaging is not enough in my opinion. In particular, if the things already thick rust wear, as unfortunately is common in older cars. So with little brushing and the included brake cleaner is not enough. That does not last in the long run and it rusts then under the paint on. I have my covered with thick leaf rust brake parts and steering knuckle initially tapped with a hammer and then sandblasted. Then saw the parts look like new. Now possible with the right paint Foliatek caliper paint. I strongly suspect, then you will be all over the remaining life of the car no problem and only with the lowest degree of rust.
3. It has also proven favorable, apply the paint with a fine hair brush, then the stuff runs wonderfully smooth and can easily provide of brake dust and road grime clean.
One more thing: Be careful with threads: If there penetrates the caliper paint and cures, you no longer get the screws purely rotated. This stuff is so firmly fixed incredible. So everywhere where no Foliatek paint should be, you should make sure that nothing can reinlaufen. If it does happen: Absolutely quickly cleaned completely again. These processing recommendations and precautions you would actually give this stuff every imaginable star.
I prefer a star off because the processing recommendations are too loose and I think the price is excessive. But is a matter of opinion and it may be that some readers of my review to see it because of the high quality otherwise.
