As reported already often here the sound is great for the price! However, all services beyond the product are just great! The support has, after a short but productive e-mail traffic immediately let me get a replacement, because with the right earphone something was wrong. I did not think that I until half a year still so easy to get free replacement after a quarter. Top support therefore. Since I 680 headphone and had to change arrival of replacements on earphones from JBL in the period between the break down of the CSL I can after I since today again the CSL 680 use, a say once and for all that these headphones top class for your price. The headphones JBL beat namely light years: =) And the bass has micht bowled again after the "waiting period". Like the first time! All in all, great headphones, tips and support simply ingenious parts !! (Much worse than the in ear beats for 90 CSL680 the way, are not slight difference - nothing that would justify more than 75 euros.: D
