The technical data speak for itself, it must no longer be received. Whether a bridge camera is the right solution, or whether it has significantly higher demands, everyone must decide for themselves. Clearly, a "real" DSLR or system camera with interchangeable lenses optically powerful is even better. But also more expensive (and harder). In short, for amateur photographers with some claim is a bridge in my opinion an ideal solution. I photograph for a long time, but in recent years had only a small compact clippers. Because I now again wants to revive and intensify my old hobby, I was looking for a good, but not too expensive solution. I have with the Lumix found! I had bought the camera just before a holiday. According much I have photographed all sorts tried, tested, played around. I certainly still not exhausted the many opportunities the FZ200, since there is still a lot to discover. What I can now say from personal experience is this: the pictures are great! The lens is absolutely fair to my expectations. The handling is easy. Several features have proved surprising. So that is pivotable and rotatable display virtually irreplaceable in some cases. The continuous shooting mode has been delivered to me unique pictures. The bracket function for a series to create an HDR is also helpful. It is known that the noise at ISO 400 and higher increases. Nevertheless, I think that the pictures are very good. I shot never seen so many and successful twilight or night shots freehand (!)! I'm excited and I made the right choice for me. A little tip, I had copied at the reviews for the previous model: the noise reduction should be set to -1, and possibly (try a matter of taste!) The color saturation to +1. This gives even better pictures. This setting can, for example, as "Custom" preset (Picture Style), it is retained.
