The product is very stable, non-slip, if linoleum or laminate, and so displayed as the level is just right for beginners but also for advanced users. We have exactly the same in the gym. Best practice on carpets, as it rattles a bit, but when the music is right, it does not really matter, because that is made out loud, problem solved ;-)) The only drawback which many complain, no instructions, if I soooo would be good to adjust the height.
