The bracelet holds perfectly - while running and mountain biking and road cycling at.
I have the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 3GS and both fit into it, but only a cover.

The iPhone fits very tightly in the Amband and can fall out impossible.
The wide Velcro closure keeps very good and the Amband holds the iPhone perfectly to the arm.

The long headphone cable can be fixed to a small-PRACTICAL velcro strap
The menu navigation of the iPhone can be easily operated by the film.

Disadvantage:
Unfortunately, there are to use the side buttons no way.

RECOMMENDATION:
Headphones with control panel for volume and Titelasuwahl is really handy with the Amband.
