Very good fit, the size is exactly as it appears and fits well into the shoes. They keep very warm, especially in shoes with leather soles is no cold from below through - you still feel that works airflow. The sole to the foot adapts well and the surface material is nice and soft. Although they are quite expensive for me a buy recommendation.
