We bought this stool in a large furniture store. The assembly takes about 15 minutes, an Allen wrench is and the assembly instructions are easy to understand. Nevertheless, it's me (experienced craftsmen) failed to build this stool kippelfrei together. Ergo, we drove back to the furniture store to replace it. They told us at the service counter that the replacement is not likely to be better. And indeed - the same problem. All washers in place, the assembly was carried out on the coffee table (ergo level surface), initially tightened all the screws only hand-tight, then the seat lightly loaded so that everything is - Result: wobbles like a branch in the wind. The quality of the pipes is quite OK and the fabric is taut. But the geometry is a disaster and the stool is why - in my eyes - scrap. This quality would 19.- an acceptable price. Since I did not want to even go for a third time the 62km (per way to the furniture store), I leave it now. Otherwise costs of fuel soon over the stool itself.
Who has the same problem, can possibly help himself by brute force (at your own risk of course). I have first determined which legs are too long (obviously there are always two, facing diagonally). Then I have the stool by 45 degrees tilted to me and then another 45 degrees to the side, so that one who stood on short legs on the floor and the other at right angles over short (by looking up). Now press with power from on high on the leg, it creaks a little, and the whole structure bends around 2-5mm. This has led me to the fact that the wobbling was almost eliminated. Previously there was a good 5mm leg in the air and the other three were on the floor. Well maybe it's even a millimeter in the air. Maybe I loop still a bit of a walk from then it should fit. If the stool factory straight, I would give it 5 stars. But because of driving around and tinkering there is only one.
Kettler "Made in China" just. Thus does the manufacturer have a name.
