It has withstood the "uprooting" and "marchage above" unannounced => robust
While I am on Windows XP x64 (often problematic in the pilot), this adapter nickel with all my playstation controllers 1 (low-end controllers sold in packs of 4, Sony handles "any beast" or Sony controllers DualShock Analog):
- If it does not install any driver and that branch, all the buttons work and the "Bitonio" Analog. (((Note if you play the playstation on your computer with ePSXe, it is not enough that the red light "analog" on your controller is turned on, they must also press F5 to toggle that ePSXe analog hum ... hmm this may be stupid but at first I was very disappointed in the belief that the analog did not work ...)))
- If you install the driver (included CD), then the vibrations work, and you will see that the setting menus of two joysticks have changed (in "Control Panel", "game controllers"): You can test whether each particular 2 motors vibrate well and also set the "power" general vibration.
Conclusion: this is a very good buy, and to play to 4 simultaneously on the PC (to MicroMachine, Bomberman, Mario Kart, Streetracer ... via emulators) so I bought me a second!
It is written on the CD or on the packaging:
- "Dual Shock controllers for Playstation 2"
- "Compatible with Windows 98 / 98SE / 98th / 2000 / XP / Vista", but for Vista they put "new" drivers on their website:
