Lamp does not fit into ordinary GU4 Fittings (where previously Philips was in it) - no after-sales service

- Unfortunately, the bulbs do not fit ordinary GU4 Fittings (where previously Philips) was in it.
- The unnecessary additional outer trim ring is because, unfortunately, in the way and you can not purely-click the lamp. (Design flaw)
- The 2 power tiller at the bottom are too short and the lamp falls out of the socket
- If you do not give the full 20 watts of light she begins to flicker.
- Did the company tries to reach by phone, but unfortunately nobody decreases. There is no after-sales service.

Although the lamp super economical (90% less power) should be with LED technology, I can not recommend them anyway.
Too bad that you could not before all tests (design, flicker problems) and no one is even reachable by phone.
