My photo equipment, Sony A580, 3 lenses, Metz 58 AF-1 flash unit, table tripod, flash bracket, achromatic lens, cable FB, IR remote control, and various odds and ends fit perfectly in the very customizable bag.
The shoulder strap is wide and long enough, 2nd belt is to be used as a waist belt. Workmanship is good and padding is sufficient for Extreme Safari and pocket throwing but not so useful. :-))
