Have bought this phone for my mother, only to find that it does not have much to offer except for large keys. The service is far from user-friendly, at least for seniors. The display is completely inadequate (too small). Representations in the phonebook, such as your name, along with a corresponding number, are not possible. Even the menu, albeit manageable, is cumbersome to use. Ultimately rate by purchasing the handsets from for seniors. There are far better, even if they cost a little more.
