The screen looks great at first. You just like on all screens, greatly lower the brightness. But after a few minutes I noticed a leak important lights in the upper left edge and other smaller in the lower edge. The screen had other less serious deficiencies:
- A significant IPS Glow (much more important than my IPS screen 2009)
- A lack of homogeneity of the significant white point: 400 ° K apart. The luminance difference is now correct when it: 15%.
The light leakage is very embarrassing, I turned the screen to Amazon requesting a refund. Indeed, I found many opinions of Internet buyers demonstrating quality control defects on this screen (light leakage and homogeneity). I preferred not to risk having another poor quality screen requesting the replacement of the screen. I think I will turn to the Eizo EV2736W which is a bit more expensive, but on which there are good buyers of returns.
If I had not had these quality problem, I would have rated 4 or 5 stars the screen. Lack of Dell's quality control is really regrettable: lé receiving a good quality screen holds lottery.
The service provided by Amazon to return was perfect care costs by Amazon and refund receipt.
