now have my second Brother machine (printer) and was actually very pleased with the first, Brother DCP 150C. But this time I needed a fax to what led me to buy this printer.
He met very quickly and well packed a. Unfortunately, the size has put me off a bit and I would say it is for home use just too big. On my desk is now hardly any space, what I had in my mind.
In addition, it is quite noisy and squeaks quite a bit by surprise. From my first printer I was not used to so. After each printing operation, this model requires first to regroup a break. Then the access to the display and all other functions is first blocked, what I do not understand, and quite impractical find! I expected that this printer, who is fairly new in the market and so the double costs, is a little komforttabler, but far from it. That's why two stars deliver.
The pressure is to me a little too pale even after all settings. No matter how hard I set the pressure, the pressure comes out but always bright and sometimes barely legible. I do not know if it is for all models of this series so, or whether ink simply want to save, but I'm not satisfied with it. The small cog in the catchment and also copying, make a really annoying sound as if oil is a foreign word for Brother. That should not be so in my opinion.
Clear can I return the equipment, but when I consider what this monster then makes me to work because I prefer to leave it. In addition, you do not know what you get then !?
All in all I'd buy this printer again! The only advantage is that cheap printing and a few gimmicks. A photo tray I miss because I often change, between copy and photo printing and now always have to change the entire paper. Not great, but not to change. The descriptions have not really helped me in advance, at the exact features of this printer. The touch display is quite ok, but also has its pitfalls. Too small and if it is opened, it closes when it often tap by itself. Everything is not really well thought out. I do not know what the developers think about such things, but progress is not this device!
Unfortunately, the cheap printers were not really good, because they need very expensive cartridges. Many printers fail with third-party products, or the print head is broken. The consumer is increasingly cornered and eventually you buy what you do not need. Too bad that is always thinking only of winning and not to the satisfaction of the customer!
