The book, treated with humor, sets out the principles of this method and shows full of simple exercises and everyone (except 2 or 3 that I still do not understand!). I do my 15 minutes of daily program following their exercises and after a month I saw the result. After 2, my man saw the result. I stand. thank you for this book.
