The Alchemist is very reminiscent of Le Petit Prince. In Coelho's case it is the "little shepherds", the betakes to an adventurous trip to Spain from North Africa and this can be quiet life as a shepherd behind. Coelho told very sensitive from the perspective of the "little shepherd", which opens up gradually a new world. Each event widens the worldview of the young protagonist who, remarkably, their very natural and fundamental group setting which anmutet naive only at first glance reserves. Slowly, everything fits into one whole .... poetic, spiritually, but also very down to earth and told beautifully.
