Have bought on 30.8.2011 at fulltime shop the depicted and described herein pocket. The material is only partly leather: the peripheral narrow side is made of synthetic / imitation leather; Lining and interior fittings are made of synthetic fiber textile. Whether that reduces the shelf life, I can not say; because of the inaccurate description but two points are deducted. Supplement in September 2013: A few months ago I had the bag thrown away after use about one and a half years, because the plastic parts break and the Plastikwulste were frayed at the edges.
