I work as a medical practitioner with K-Tape. Many tapes are very expensive and I wanted to try a more favorable. The black of Integral Care I can not recommend - although it does what it should, but leaves behind very unsightly and difficult to remove residues on the skin. The red and blue of the same company, however, is highly recommended, holds 5-7 days without problems (with showers) and can be removed without residue.
