For the living room, the choice of 16 piece OSRAM LED MR16 GU 5, 3.5 Watt LED with 2700K fell, and this corresponds to the previously installed halogen bulbs Osram 12V, 20W in the light color "warm white" exactly. The brightness is at least the same as before .. The operating time is specified with 15,000 h. The halogen lamps previously installed an operating time of 5000 h has been specified, in the 10 years was not one of. The ballasts, 12V transformer from Osram were left and they function properly without causing any noise or flicker.
For the table lighting, a hanging chandelier with 10 x 20 Watt, 12 V halogen capsule lamps, I am still looking for a suitable LED lamps.
