Perfect GeLi for EF-S 18-55mm f / 3.5-5.6 IS STM, STM note !!! Intended for this objective and just as suitable. Understand the different opinions, because it is not recognizable in the item description.
However, if you value genuine accessories just worth a look at the Canon website. There, all lenses are very well described and the right accessories is also provided. So only inform, then buy !!!
Not talk about the price, 1 star deduction for this is real here nor fair.
And for all the unsure whether they are to ever need a lens hood:
Yes, absolutely, because visibly better pictures (my opinion / experience); placed upside down, thus saving space in the camera bag
