The support has me on request, (in German have to be confirmed) informed that my language is not supported.

Now I have found that in the application "ArcSoft Connect" the original name of personalization is nachlesbar when you signed up. How to retrospectively change the personalization to use the software, to me is still a mystery!
Now I have once asked in English. Register me as soon as I have a solution.

The solution I have found themselves: uninstall software, in addition to manually uninstall all appropriate folder (eg C: \ Windows \ Program Files \ ArcSoft \ ...), delete registry entries and remove all temporary files from the directory of the administrator user account. In the personal folders Administrator are still looking for Arcsoft folders and delete them. If you have not set a special administrator account, you will find the files in the default user account files.
If you now install the program again and start after the subsequent restart the application, it appears as not registered. Now you can re-personalize them with the original name of personalization. Now fit again the activation key!
