Lichtstark, good and cheap

I use the lens by Sony A-mount adapter on the NEX. 5
The sharpness is very good even at full aperture, the bokeh soft and chromatic aberration can hardly be seen (not even on the screen). And then there's the unbeatable low price. For me, the perfect complement to Sony / Minolta 50 / 1.7 or 1.8 if you can ran quite as close not, but would like to have a similar visual effect.

Although the focus ring is not great (especially undamped and very smooth), you can order on the NEX nevertheless (or perhaps because of?) Pretty good, fast and also quite safe to manually focus.

The lens mount is made entirely of plastic, which of course creates a little concern in terms of robustness.

The lens hood bothers me personally something that makes the compactness of the lens finally niece something. Either one would have further "sink" as the Sony 50 / 1.8 lens in the front lens or a pull-out panel to install as the Minolta 50 / 1.7 (1 gene).

Unfortunately, the plastic of the lens and the lens hood is far from abrasion and scratch hard. After a week of intensive use the lens already looks a little taken.
