Somehow, these filters all have the same problem. For the pipe connections a valent brass thread is embedded in the plastic and screw the filter itself through a huge plastic thread. The question whether the associated rubber gasket - if at all - available at a reasonable price, or you can then also equal to buy a new filter. In particular, the friction between filter thread and sealing ring is not enough to keep the housing permanently sealed, because it is subject to great pressure variations, especially if when switching off the house waterworks by the upstream check valve each time shoots a pressure wave through the system. The vibration of the worker HWW - which rests for decoupling from the concrete floor on four rubber doorstops - do the rest to the coarse threads to solve gradually. Therefore, the filter must be checked regularly, safety's sake is a small bucket underneath ... not a nice condition!
