Unfortunately, the product description does not match. This light string is missing the timer described with 8 functions and continuous light. There is only one button, after actuation thereof, the chain will illuminate for approximately 6 hours. Thus, one does not have the ability to to let the chain evening light for example, 8 hours and in the morning for 3 hours. A great pity, because that was for me a well key selling point.
