I opted for Dayline 4 because at my Golf 5 with fog lamps fit only this. For that I have cut to make the lateral grid aperture and reingesteckt the LEDs without the metal brackets and fixed from behind with the hot glue. One has to take care, that the LEDs are aligned straight, otherwise illuminate the weak aside and straight. Normally, the positive terminal of the control unit of the LEDs to the permanent positive (battery) is connected. Here, the controller always pulls a minimum current of 4mA, when the car is. That's very little, but I wanted to connect the extra ignition plus so that the control unit is only supplied with juice when I press the ignition. And I have measured with a multimeter in the fuse box in the engine compartment to the fuse F23 space left pin and lo and behold, this gives the need tension only when the ignition is switched on.
