To add a 2nd FULL HD screen my laptop during my business trips. Perhaps also useful in small committee presentation screen. The rotation in portrait mode works perfectly, but since not IPS, it will increase the brightness in portrait mode. The problem of the USB 3.0 cable that does not take up, read the reviews, is resolved. My USB ports are on the right screen and I put on my right. The cable is long enough to put also on the left, but close enough to my laptop (13, about 34cm wide). For a larger cell (15) and left ports will have to purchase a longer cable. Properly powered through a USB port, no need to connect a 2nd.
