Because it is plastic, it makes a not quite as stable impression, is not quite so rigid. For light cameras but probably not a problem. The lower fastening screw bit fiddly, but works. Top of the handle a hot shoe for light or microphone is off, which is quite handy. Value for money is ok, I would say. Who what looks robust for permanent use, take better a model made of aluminum. Incidentally, that has nothing to do with tripod and stabilizer, as it has no counterweights. There is only one handle, very practical example for filming close to the ground.
