With nearly 1,000 pages of text excerpts from the works of famous writers and very different, both in the approach in style, there is something to satisfy everyone's curiosity. Each text is introduced by a brief comment of the author and the guiding hand of mechanics and motion of the body to the elevation of the mind and soul. This is a consultation document rather than a book to read from start to finish. Personally, I read a mess and I found fun but some writers have written texts that have not vibrated and I therefore jumped me after a few lines left to come back later when my mind was more able to accommodate them. A real research work around hiking, sharing a passion but sometimes a bit heavy passages but this is the result of the most exhaustive research possible.
