Yes it's true. He is absolutely odor-tight. The disposal of cat litter is easy, and the holder for the blade is great. What, however, something bothers me: for 2 cats he is not really suitable. Since I take rather a large bucket of air-tight. And the refill cartridges are extremely expensive.
