Long load times & faulty link or Scancode mobile phone protection

After a year off, I decided again for G Data. The loading times are now but, although the same connection & PC extremely deteriorated! The settings have been optimized (protection, etc.) unfortunately without success! Also open sides such as SoundCloud need when playing legal music for ages!

The link for the mobile version is defective and is redirected .... something is entrepreneurial stupidity at the highest level!
It should be clear that customers are responding not pleased if the products do not work out as promised ...

In this sense, a speedy recovery!
