The protagonist Hector is a psychiatrist and want to find out why the majority of his patients is unhappy, though they lack apparently nothing. The lowbrow Hector gets so set off around the world to understand what makes people happy. He, too, experienced this ups and downs, but maintains its findings in the form of lessons fixed in his notebook, which can then reduce substantially over five aspects.
Ultimately he realizes that for every person happiness makes anything else and so each slightly different objectives to his personal fortune to find.
The language is very simple, so that school knowledge is sufficient to read this book in stock. So it reads fluently, with a certain ease, the reader is encouraged by the wisdom in the form of lessons to better understand his luck.
