I've been looking upbeat for the boring Handbrake my SLK R170 something. The conversion of the lever was too cumbersome and so I came across called handbrake cover.
So, at first measured my brake lever (WxHxD) and then search for matching covers. The manufacturer (probably quantiTEC) even gives a width of 27mm and a length of 22 min. To 110mm. However, since my brake lever is only 20mm wide, I had in mind already that it does not fit, or it draufsitzt wobbly. But on the contrary it fits perfectly, sowhl on the length and the width I need almost no stick, but it did the shaving unit made for anyway.

Pricewise it is not cheap, but the optics / quality / her grip I can recommend it.

Decided I was however not for the model offered here but for the perforated chrome cover.
