I have informed on Amazon, replacement came a few days later. Exchanged device, but the same error again. Might be a production error, I then placed the device just in a glass box. Problem 1 solved temporarily.
The software is not really user-friendly and not really stable, equipment had to be started several times, or hang up often on even when you turn off (is easy for a while "Stand By"). The display is a further distance not easily readable.
Problem 2 after one year found:
I have now recently a NAS where we stored all the music, according to Sony should by DLNA Music can be transferred to the sound system. Works only limited because of the playlist for example, was created on a Windows PC, iPhone or tablet and is played every second track is skipped (corrupted file or does not support the system says), but clicking the file once it is played ,
I have subsequently contacted with Sony, after several mails the device had to be repaired, it was a motherboard exchange conducted but did not solve the problem. Conclusion: Amazon has the customer again satisfied, Sony I will no longer buy.
