The cable makes optical impression of high quality, but it's pretty bad shielded. The thickness of the cable seems therefore to result from something other than good shielding.

Had thus a connection of my AV receiver manufactured for LCD televisions to the optimum quality of non-HD sources extract as my DVD player and my PS2. However, this was only possible when I remove the antenna cable from my receiver. Previously, all connected via S-Video cable where no interference effect was seen.
