Why? Because a Fan did not work a single diode ...
If the small cable you look at the charge of the diodes then you see how cheap is the processing.
From the volume I'm not convinced.
Have the Corsair Carbide 240 Air if you put the fan to the minimum they are quite ok but once they are set to the middle stage, they are in my opinion not "quiet".
Now the positive:
Look very good.
Transporting hell of a lot of air.
That's my opinion about it.
