I did not like a lot of money for an original sleeve spend so I bought this here. The color is as shown and like it a lot. The material feels comfortable and looks well made. I have the envelope for 16 months, reading every day, and so far I do not see any signs of wear. The Kindle is added most of the time on the bedside table, but is also sometimes taken in the hand or travel bag. The lock is magnetic and the shutoff in closed works perfectly. The shell provides access to the on / off button and the USB port and protects the edges and the display. All in all I find the shell does exactly what it should. I'm very satisfied.
