The perch cave I really like because of the shape, quite different from the commonly available domes / hemispheres which always seem very out of place in the aquarium. The advantage of this form is the fact that the rear flattened area is nicely covered with sand / gravel and thus quasi only the cave entrance can be made out. This looks very appealing. The perch (a.borelli) take the cave also, which is of course the main thing. The material is unglazed clay ("terracotta"), a little rough in the dry state, and, at least in my copy, a bit brighter than on the product image. In the basin, the cave will probably be depending on the device and illumination very variable in color anyway. The packaging was excellent. In a rectangular box surrounded by packaging chips there was well camouflaged the product. All around, as usual, the Amazon's own packaging. Bargain hunters will keep the cavity may for overpriced, but are high quality - this is the defintiv- and especially decorative Baschhöhlen rare. I give a smooth buy recommendation despite the almost 10 euros.
