Loose stones already in the package!

I have this chain once ordered two as a gift and each time the stones were loose and some were lots in the package around. Either it was the very questionable packaging (transparent bag and stuffed simply in an Amazon book cardboard) or the lack of the article itself.

The chain itself is very nice and fits well in the hand but when the stones fall out, also forfeited "the magic" and the joy of giving is also there!
