As with all the negative reviews here: After a few weeks the unit will squeak loudly so that training is no longer quasi possible. Tightening bolts, etc. has brought nothing. Fortunately, Amazon has withdrawn the device. Hermes has unfortunately made very clumsy when picking. At the first appointment one came. Apparently I was not there. But is not true, I spent the whole day at home. At the 2nd time Hermes was supposed to call us in advance so that we can go from work to home. The Central (!) Then also made that the driver was there, but drove back. And because he knew nothing of it, that we had to come home from work only. I then called again at Hermes, I complained and so the third time it has then worked. Amazon can nix for, but the settlement with Hermes was a disaster. I hope something like not to have to witness again.
