First, I compared the prints with old and new HP toner Xerox toner. It was striking that the Xerox toner printed no rich black as I was previously accustomed to HP. At first I thought, maybe so a higher duty cycle is indeed achieved.
After about half a year and about 2,000 printed pages (mostly text with about 5% coverage percentage) the following happened. The consumption indicator of HP2055dn who just stood at about 80%, was at one time only a very low duty cycle on, with the note - "replace cartridge". The quality of the prints was at this time also no longer good. After 50 pages the printer blocked every expression. A shake of the toner (taught HP toner often many additional pages) brought no change here.
Conclusion: the Xerox toner that is offered as a replacement for the HP Toner CE505X brought nowhere near the specified HP ca.6300 pages (a test in Druckerchannel managed in the HP Toner 5400 pages). You save compared to the HP Toner (price at about 115 EUR) nothing a - side price 115 HP EUR / 5400 pages = 2.2 cents and Xerox
EUR 65/2000 pages = 3,25 cents and that too at a lower print quality.
I have now bought the original HP Toner CE505X, and will in due course after the report by my experience (hopefully positive) supplement it.
