The hub is more stainless steel, the replacement head has less well on the body of the razor, the blades are against a less noble metal. It's too early to say whether this replacement will last less than the original heads, but the overall finding is that there has been a re-design to lower manufacturing costs and it feels objectively at efficiency and shaving comfort; objectively because I have examined the best heads and made these findings after one or two disappointing shaves.
