I even had a bicycle accident recently - but the Ixon remained on the handlebar and has not even moved. Therefore, I can not understand the criticism of the bracket. Maybe they have these already improved.
For those who want to but play it safe: There are the Ixon (obviously more expensive) separately: lamp + extra battery pack.
