Once I was satisfied with the Osram Night Breaker of the light quality, brightness, light color etc. so far, lacked their far unfortunately on the durability (burning time 6 months to a maximum of 8 months,. EV, the new Night Breaker PLUS -lt indication Osram.. durable). The Bosch Plus 90 have now held almost 11 months, which is actually ok. The brightness of the Bosch Plus 90, I found even better than that of Osram, in particular the light is very very "white". Now however, they are also broke down, I chose this time the new Philips extremely Vision + 100% hoping to + 100% (compared Osram and Bosch + 90%, although these are all marketing promises of course to lure buyers ).
From the life I can not say anything yet, because only recently installed in the vehicle. The luminous efficiency and brightness, the light is approximately "white" as the Bosch Plus 90, I am a little disappointed by the light output per se. + 100% is definitely not, I would say, it corresponds to, based on the Osram and Bosch more + 80%. The light is as I said not bad, but "felt" no better or brighter and wider than the above two types of lamps. What still gives us hope is that the + 80% increase perhaps the life and I therefore have 2 winter (as long as I'll have the car yet) with the Philips can drive lamps.
Update 08/18/2013
I bought Philips Xtreme Vision built 100% in October 2011 and in October 2011. What can I say to durability? Just awesome !!!
The first bulb is, therefore failed in July 2013 after almost two years. But since you also have to take into account that in Italy I was 2 times on the road, where the pear times as loose light with outside temperatures of 33-39 Grade 4 hours, "had" (actually bullshit with the daytime running lights, but the demand it halt).
Of course I immediately double the Xtreme Vision bought 100%, in the assumption that the second bulb soon breaks. Far from it. Now, on 18/08/2013 burns einbaute in October 2011 Pear still cheerfully to himself. So I am of the durability more than satisfied. As long as Bosch or Osram have never thought that went bust at the latest after 11 months. The light output is also now felt ok, what I can tell by since a "new" bulb is installed. The lights barely bright because one would have to look very carefully.
As I wrote above, the Xtreme Vision Although the tendency of only 80+, but it really holds very long compared to the Osram and Bosch. There are some who have problems with the shelf life: Please more than Note: I have the automatic light function is deactivated: Only start car, then light on; only light, then trolley. I've heard several times that the automatic lights function (start and simultaneous light on or off, and at the same time light) such +90 +100 lamps "stressed out" because brief voltage peaks in the long run can shorten the life (!).
