I have the Saute for over a year in almost daily use. Still it is nice to look at and makes on stove and table really something forth. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the coating. According to the product description, I expected a miracle pan with indestructible inner life, but that's not the case here. I use for cooking always plastic spatula and serving in this pan and plastic ladles. Furthermore, I never cut in a non-stick pan and I always rinse by hand. Place in the oven, it was never used. So I do not explain why the coating has a bit worn at the center of the pan, for that price I expect that not even after a year of constant use. But what bothers me even more: The floor has the smallest recesses, so you can fry fat -the fat flows into the wells, the fried food does not float around in fat. Ideally, only it is very time consuming to clean with the washing-up brush in each tiny holes reinzupieksen (which should withstand the Super coating yes). Clear a pan must have some fat residues, but I personally like to have it but really very clean and bothers me that I do not as easy hinkriege. Soaking makes the way also not a perfect result.
As I said, the pan is very high quality and attractive to designate the coating as extremely scratch and abrasion resistant, however, is greatly exaggerated.
