I recently but I bought a bicycle roller trainers with PC interface (Virtual Reality) and associated software required a 3D graphics card. So I was looking for a possible favorable and especially quiet (silent) video card and decided after some research on the internet for this low-cost model of the AMD Radeon R7 200 series. It was clear that the graphics performance will not move mountains, but for the role of coach software ranged from the map
Ultimately, my expectations were largely confirmed: The Windows 7 Experience Index (Graphics Desktop performance and 3D business and gaming graphics performance) increased from 6.7 (initially) only to 6.8 (after installation of the graphics card), so actually negligible. But whatever. Anyway, now runs the role Trainer software and the graphics card shines through utter silence. (Because of the noise I wanted no means a card with fan)
In this respect, I am satisfied with the graphics card. If someone is looking for a card for intense PC gaming, then he / she should probably resort to a more powerful model. But what is of course associated with a higher price and fan noise ... Will or you do not need that, then the Radeon is R7 240 probably one of the best graphics cards that you get in this price range.
